Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, with no need to justify yourself.
How does it work?
- Email us at castelclean14@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We'll send you the return address.
- Send the product back complete, in its original packaging if possible, within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refund
The refund, including the original delivery costs, is made to the payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days after your request, subject to receipt of the product or proof of shipment.
Defective or damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us with a photo: we'll offer a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you, under the 2-year legal warranty of conformity.
