🚚 What are the delivery times?
Delivery is free within mainland France, with a tracking number. The estimated time is 7 to 14 business days after your order is confirmed. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.
↩️ Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, with no reason needed. Just email us at castelclean14@gmail.com with your order number to receive the return address.
💶 How does the refund work?
The refund (including the original shipping cost) is issued to the payment method used for your order, within 14 days of your request at the latest, once we receive the product or proof of shipment.
🔧 My product arrived damaged or doesn't work, what should I do?
Contact us with a photo of the product at castelclean14@gmail.com: we'll offer a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you, under the 2-year legal warranty of conformity.
💳 Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through our Shopify platform. Your card details are never stored on our site.
📦 How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number to follow it in real time.
