2. Scope
These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order placed on this site by a consumer. Placing an order implies acceptance of the terms in force on the day of the order.
3. Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding. Offers are valid while stocks last.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). Delivery within mainland France is free. The price applied is the one shown at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Order
The order is confirmed once payment is validated. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or the other methods offered at checkout. Payments are secured by our payment provider; no banking details are kept by the seller.
7. Shipping
Products are shipped from our supplier's warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days after order confirmation, with a tracking number. In the event of a significant delay, the customer may contact us; in accordance with Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may cancel the contract if delivery does not occur within a reasonable additional period granted in writing.
8. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. They simply need to inform us by email at castelclean14@gmail.com, with a clear statement to that effect. The product must be returned complete and in good condition within 14 days of that statement; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The refund, including the original delivery costs, is made within 14 days of receiving the request, subject to receipt of the product or proof of its shipment. 9. Legal warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If a product is defective or non-conforming, the customer may request repair or replacement, or failing that a refund, by contacting us by email.
10. Personal data
Data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact us first to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge; the mediator's details are provided on request. French courts have jurisdiction.
